Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity by you and staff you invite.
Acceptable use
- Use SuuqFlex only for lawful business activity.
- Do not attempt to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.
Your data
You own the business records you enter. You grant us permission to store and process them to provide the service.
Payments
Telebirr and other payment methods are provided by third parties; their terms also apply. Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up.
Availability
We aim for reliable service and offline support but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SuuqFlex is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes.
